I love the look of the bag. The only criticism is the zipper, which is sometimes difficult to close. The stitches seem to be coming out in places after only being worn for a month and barely used. And I'm not a big fan of the fact that when you open the lid it doesn't match the rest of the bag. Lies at a strange angle. Difficult to explain.

We use this for my husband's lunch, beach/park fridge. It is very well insulated and keeps food and drinks cold for hours. Easy to clean (tikka masala spilled and I was worried the smell or color would bleed. No, I used a couple of Clorox wipes and the problem was solved), no unwanted smell or color left. We have a big one and you can comfortably fit 8 water bottles in it! The material doesn't look like it's broken due to the lack of buoyancy keeping so much weight inside.

The item arrived torn and dirty because a substance was rubbing my hands and everything that came in contact with them. I tried to return it but for some reason I couldn't complete the normal online return request. He kept saying I needed some help and kept going back to the same form.
