I received this to test the Intel LGA1200 MB assembly. Since it's an F-series with no graphics, I paired it with a Radeon R370 graphics card I had from an old build. The setup plays the intro video for the Black Lake version of Halflife once or twice with a slight stutter.

If you need to do simple things and don't need to do anything that requires a powerful computer, this processor is more than enough. I'm using it for a mining setup and I've been told I just need something good enough to run the program. Will most likely buy it again when I buy my next motherboard.

I got this for my first 'real' PC and to be honest the i3 range of processors is a lot better than before. Years. Before that I had an i5 2500 and it made a big difference. I run VMs and play AAA games paired with a gtx 1650 gddr6 version, I have no problem. Most of the time I get over 60 fps in almost every game I play on medium to high settings.
