The size of the shelves is excellent and the product looks great but the top tension bar is not working. I was approached by my jack of all trades and tried to help me fix the problem and he couldn't get it to "stop" either. The instructions say to extend the bar an inch longer than the space you will have, which we did, and if you try to "squeeze" into the space, the top bar will fall off. I bought one of these and liked it so I bought another one. Appearance and build quality are excellent. Exactly what I was looking for. I don't know if that thing will rust at all, but it doesn't look like it. For my purposes, it's handy that it has 4 shelves, while many only have 3. I bought this product 4 months ago and today it went in the bin. This item was easy to install, durable, four shelves was more than enough for all of our items, and it brightened up my shower room. The Caddy immediately started rusting after just a week and has now been disposed of after a few months due to the amount of rust that has accumulated on it. I needed this for the shower cubicle because the usual trolley hanging from the shower head disturbed the water jet. I also didn't think paying more than $100 for a Caddy was a good use of the money. This trolley looks great, has lots of storage space and very heavy/durable baskets.
