Arrived folded. The box was undamaged and everything else I ordered was fine so it wasn't damaged in the delivery. Pretty ticked and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I wish the shoulders were further apart. Because they are so close together, the scarves are difficult to take off or hang up, difficult to see all the scarves, and when stuffed, they become very heavy. Hanging on each other hand is useful, but then you can only use half the capacity.

The tips of each "hand" are not finished and the metal is not smooth there. Many of my scarves "stretch" into the fabric when putting them on and taking them off. Even if I was very careful, several scarves slipped off the other "hands" when I tried to take off just one. hands too close together. A great idea. Bad performance!

I needed a way to organize all my scarves and this is the perfect way to do it. I can wear my wider knitted scarves separately and put two thinner scarves next to each other. The only trick to this design is that all your scarves are facing one way and the scarves are bunched in the other direction. I'm not sure if it makes sense, but I still like it a lot.

This product is great! Just what I needed to organize my scarves and keep them wrinkle free as if they were hanging in one of those scarf holders that you loop your scarf around to hold it! But. The part of this product that goes through the rail in my closet doesn't fit! I've never had a problem with the hangers I bought to fit over them, so I didn't even think to look at the size of this "hook" that attaches to the bar. Big disappointment! I need to find a wire to hang it in my closet.

My closet space is very limited so I buy them so I can fold and hang my t-shirts because I have so many. It worked for what I wanted it for, but I'm so constrained in my closet that it wasn't easy for me to access the jerseys to take them off without getting all the hangers down and out of my closet, which then did some one of them ended up slipping off and it was really annoying. I have a small number of scarves, I think about 7, and I needed to get them out of the hamper and put them in order (and that they were beautiful and that they didn't get in the way).
