Okay that's weird, I bought two of these for a hen party and only one worked. Another lost air. As for the item that worked it was great, lasted the 4 of us and we had so much fun! Worth the money but the other one was set aside some time after losing air and no refund was answered. So you paid twice as much as for a good product?

I bought one of these over two years ago when the reviews were good and it was great - we've worn it out. I bought a new one ignoring the new bad reviews and it's leaking air. Not like a hole, like from seams. Something has changed, and while it looks the same, it's not. I didn't send it back - it would be a headache to let the remaining air out and put it back in the box. Unfortunately, they should count on it.

God, how beautiful! I love it! No complaints! Easy to assemble if you haven't had a drink before. Good quality. It's huge! Comes with rope so you can tie it. I tied it to both sides of the pool for now, but bought a small boat anchor to keep in the center of my pool so it doesn't get scratched by rocks. I could lie in it all day! I loved this island so much that I bought a new one when it finally gave up after a year of use! But as the weather got warmer and I pumped the air in it must have had a hole in it as it started deflating before I even used it... unfortunately it had been in the box too long and it was past the return date! Buy a guarantee - I did and I hope they replace it! I'm so sad it had a hole or possibly an incompletely sealed seam - I'm not sure as I haven't figured out where it's leaking from yet…
