Intex Double Quick Hand Pump Review

This pump is versatile. If you have an overly energetic child who needs to be exhausted, tell them to use this pump to fill a king-size mattress. Or some inflatable pool toys. You'll get tired in no time. Or, if you have trouble sleeping, try this pup. You'll get so tired of rocking up and down and up and down that you'll pass out in an instant. Oh, and it inflates and deflates perfectly. It performs a task for which it is intended.

Bought this on a whim (ie last minute and without reading/researching reviews) as we are camping in a river area and bought a couple of inflatables. . I have to say it's not a bad job but that's to be expected. It works well and really exceeds our expectations. My husband and I just wish the hoses from the pump to the product weren't hard plastic. It tends to get stuck in awkward/curved shapes and doesn't like to stand still due to pressure building inside the elbow. And anyway? Good product.

I bought this in case my inverter failed because I also wanted to order an electronic pump. I first decided to try this hand pump and I'm glad I did! It easily filled my full single layer air mattress. It only lasted 3 minutes of continuous pumping and I was only slightly out of breath. Don't think it will cause heart attacks with normal use. Great item. Even with a heavy-duty pump, inflating a double-size air mattress still takes a lot of effort. Don't even think of a tire pump, this device is exactly what you need. This is actually a very handy pump. We bought it together with the Intex inflatable pool for children and I am very happy about it. I love that there are two different nozzle sizes which makes it a lot more versatile to inflate anything from a beach ball to an air mattress (which we also used this for). This medium-sized floor pump is the real powerhouse for inflating fitness balls! It only took 5 minutes to fully inflate a size 65 ball. It's not that easy to pump, but it really outperforms any other fitball pump I've tried. I wish I could have gotten it back 3 crappy pumps!
