These gloves look great and fit very well. Only caveat: the ad says the package contains 2 pieces. It was foolish to assume that this means 2 pairs. I've never heard of gloves being sold by the piece. Gloves always come in pairs, so why say anything.

I used these gloves on a practice fire once and they are rubbish. My hands got hot enough to even pick up the nozzle. As I exited the burn room, I removed my gloves and my hands became red and tender as if burned. I do not recommend these gloves as FR gloves.

A 2-pack seems to mean a pair. The ad is wrong, the only reason it got two stars is because the gloves seem to be pretty good at the moment, but I don't do anything like firefighters with them, so they're good for me, I'm not sure , whether they are heavily used . If they had given the correct ad, it would have received a much higher rating!
