I bought this brush and another of the same but different brand - it really is magic! ideal for a summer coat or uncut body parts - effortlessly fights dirt, chips and stubborn stains! Worth every penny.

I bought this to use in horse training. It seemed too hard to me. with barbs. I gave it to my trainer (and horse owner) to see what she thought. She agreed it was too hard and prickly (the bristles are pointy). I returned immediately. I'm not sure what animals or breeds this is suitable for. It's really good quality, just totally unsuitable for my needs.

I have worked as a steward and groom at a high profile stable and this has been my favorite grooming tool for all the 20+ horses I have looked after, even the sensitive ones. Now I have one for my personal horse too, it's so easy to wash off dirt especially from the legs and muzzle. It can be used sparingly and is still very effective. It is also one of the best tools for removing dried sweat stains.
