Intrepid International Nifty Horse Brush Review

Large brush, well made. The bristles are very coarse, like a broom. Would have preferred softer bristles. Ok for a winter coat but too hard for a summer coat.

I love this brush! The bristles aren't too hard to hurt, but hard enough to cling to dirt. The brush lies comfortably in the hand. Very worth the price!

I have a horse that is really scared of things. But even without a halter, he will be combed forever with this brush. He has a mane that curls a bit and brushes lightly. I highly recommend it.

This was our first horse brush I have ever bought and I am very satisfied. It's all in one piece so it can't fall apart. Very well done. We have been wet many times and the wood is still perfect. I will take him again if we need him.

The bristles are much stiffer than I expected but are useful for loosening stuck mud or thick winter fur. The brush strap is comfortable and fits my hand perfectly (although I have large hands for a woman). Overall a good brush.

Our pup hated brushes with metal/beads on the end. She will ONLY let us use this nifty horse brush on her without complaining! Her bristles are a bit stiffer than I would like, but since she has a double coat, that's actually a good thing!

This is a fantastic brush for naughty horses. My horses are picky and love to express their feelings towards people and food through kicking and biting. No longer. After failing with a few other brushes, this brush seems to lull you into an oasis of positive vibes. It lifted her spirits, I liked the convenience of the brush design, you can talk about a lot of good things with this brush. Trust me I'm a doctor.
