Great system for creating case files, building cases and automating research procedures

I like how simple this software is when you first sign up! It was very straight forward in terms of setup/integration with other systems we use at work. The support team has been great so far too - they are quick responsive & helpful (when things go wrong). There isn't anything i dislike about investigatve 360 right now though there could be some minor improvements here or there depending upon usage patterns which would help future users as well. We have used many different data management…

  • Support available 24 hours per day through phone call / chat option during normal business days only from 9am until 5pm CST
