I have had this since 2014 and am using it with another I bought in 2005 in a 2000 square foot home. I won't waste my money on anything else, they work and last longer than you expect. I have been using Sharper Image Breeze Ionic Purifier for about 13 years. I just replaced 2 Quadras with 2 Environ Pro Turbos. Compared to my Quadra the exterior design is better, the pre-made plates are not edged which makes them easy to clean but they are a little scratched and look worn when new, the ionizing wire cleaner is an easy lever to use and removal and the installation of the panels is convenient. I bought my first turbo cleaner almost 3 years ago for $55 more +txs a at Super Walmart in Dallas. I found out that one of my cats had asthma and didn't want to wait. I took a chance and bought two of these because the 3 blade element looked the same as the element in my previous Sharper Image ionic air purifier. We have very dusty 2700 sqm. Feet, one of which is upstairs in the master bedroom and the other in the family room.
