I like the way it tastes. It's also easy to choose from a variety of water category options. I also like that it hides under the sink.

Clean looks, much better under the counter

Great tasting, healthy water at a fraction of the cost. Very high quality and easy to assemble. very clear instructions, very happy with the look (small area under the counter)

Do not buy. Short lifespan

After 1 year of use, a crack formed at the edge of the water spout, causing leakage. My cousin contacted customer service and they said the 2 year warranty does not cover mechanical issues.

The taste and feel of the water is just so good and so much better than any other water we use.

After about a year of use, this machine has become an integral part of our lives. The taste and feel of the water is just so good and so much better than any other water we sometimes (have to) drink outside of our home - at work, in a restaurant or when travelling. We drink it with either freshly squeezed lemon juice or a flat lemon, depending on our taste, and it's the perfect drink for us. We just don't want to drink anything else. Great device, great water!

Excellent customer service gave me the confidence to keep going. The device fits perfectly in the sink and works very well. I am a fan of the alkaline diet and not only does it taste so much better than the same private well filtered water but when you then add some freshly squeezed organic lemon juice to the water not only does it taste AMAZING but now you have an easy one Ability to alkalize your body. Cancer CANNOT exist in an alkaline environment (Nobel Prize 1913 to Otto Heinrich Warburg).
