Has its problems like most companies

The best part is that they are very responsive, quick in service delivery of your domain needs. Sometimes it takes them weeks to approve changes you've made via email etc. We got into a disagreement with our registrar over renewal fees when we purchased additional domains from them. It was resolved but I wish there were more options available than just renewing or cancelling my account. This has been an issue since day one (even before purchasing any domains) so this isn't something new. If…

  • They have excellent response times for questions/support requests as well! Very pleasant phone reps too :)

  • Their pricing models feel outdated given all recent advances regarding their competitors' value packages

Perfect solution for our website hosting needs

The customer service is excellent, they are always available if you have any problems or questions about your domain registration (or anything else). I never had an issue with them so far! It's one of those services that has everything built-in in place already - no additional software needed aside from just typing up what exactly we need done every month/quarterly etc., which makes it very easy once set correctly beforehand as well since there isn't much customization possible afterwards…

  • Very good support when trying to resolve issues before contacting their tech team for further assistance; friendly staff at all times too :)

  • Nothing really comes immediately into mind here

Fantastic Overall Product Great Customer Service

I like that it's easy, quick & efficient! The customer service is excellent too :) nothing at all really bad about this product - everything has been great since we started using them last year!! They are very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. Highly recommend if your looking into getting an inexpensive domain registration solution (we use ours as well). We originally had issues finding someone who could help us register our domains quickly but they were able to get those up
