Doesn't work half the time

I really liked the keyboard when it arrived. It looks great, the round keys make typing easier, but after 2 days of use it's barely working. The indicators flicker and none of the buttons work. I'm also having trouble with a key that just happens to not work when typing since I got it. Very disappointed

Don't buy better tablet accessories

Completely useless. Disconnected from Bluetooth every 12 seconds, even *while actively typing* - and that's no exaggeration. The troubleshooting advice was just "press any key and it will reconnect", which is correct, but you have to briefly stop typing every 12 seconds and wait for it to reconnect. Like I said. Completely unsuitable.

Happy but not happy.

Generally, it gets the job done. Very heavy and durable but with low battery life. Some days it takes about 3-4 hours, other days it can be 2 hours. Also, the case will only wake/sleep the iPad when the keyboard is NOT attached to the case, which is the whole point of a keyboard case. As I said, it gets the job done, but I'll spend money on a better keyboard in the future. Still better than the Apple Keyboard Case.

Love this case and keyboard

After ordering one for my husband we both decided I needed one too. It is excellent. I love the comfort, the keyboard is easy to use, has touch feedback and backlit keys, easily adjusts to different angles, the keyboard is easy to remove and adjust with magnets, and holds my iPad (and keyboard) securely. in fact, it's simply the best and the best bang for the buck. Love it. Oh, and the cutouts for the lens, controls, and charger are perfect too.

Best investment for my iPad

Loved the keyboard and case! Super cool and very easy to use. Turns the iPad Pro into a mini laptop. You don't need to download anything for it to work, and the fact that it connects right after turning on Bluetooth is even more amazing. And the battery life is even better, I've had it for about a week and still haven't had to charge it. I would recommend a screen protector if you don't want to constantly remove the keyboard when storing the iPad, otherwise I would 100% recommend this keyboard…

(iPad Pro 12.9", 2018) Great value for the money. However, the charging cable that came with it was kinked and damaged.
