🚗 Car Seat Back Hook - IPELY Auto Seat Headrest Portable Organizer Holder Hooks (Set of 4, Black) Review

Good quality plastic hooks but don't work. I have a Toyota and a Nissan SUV and these hooks don't fit either car! The distance from the headrest pillar to the top edge of the seat is too short. This keeps them from sitting flat and tight. Makes them unusable. Also, the hook portion itself is too narrow to hold the adjustable rear ball cap (that's what I bought it for). Unless you have thin backrests, don't expect them to work.

I love this device that attaches neatly to the car's headrest bar. Doesn't take up much space as it lays very flat allowing the headrest to stay down which I like as I'm not very tall. Perfect for when someone is in the passenger seat and I can hang my purse so it doesn't fall on the floor behind me and spill my stuff all over the place. Also suitable for hanging up shopping bags so that the contents do not spill out. Ideal!

I have one on the back of the driver's seat and one on the front-facing passenger seat. I gave away the other two - in a 4-pack. Have you ever had to pull over and your large bag in the passenger seat flew forward, spilling its contents all over the floor? The hook I hold forward on the passenger seat prevents this by holding the straps in place. If I have a passenger, he doesn't even have to move the hook; it doesn't bother her. (I drive an Accord; this may depend on the design of the seat.)

This product is suitable for many cars and therefore practical. And it's very easy to "install" as it just hooks onto the headrest post. But because it's so light, it sometimes moves and detaches when I take out my bag. I wish it was a little heavier to stay in place, or have a non-slip grip on the counter, or fit more tightly into the counter with an almost firm grip. But overall it works for the price. I just wish he didn't move so violently every time I reached back to grab my purse.

I haven't had any issues with the durability or quality of these hooks, but if you hold the headrests in any position other than the lowest position to " fix them, they don't stay in place very well. The hooks are also quite narrow at normal depth so wallets with thicker handles or straps aren't suitable unless you can fold the handles/straps and really put them in press the hooks.Unfortunately this means I can't use them on most of my purses/bags but I'm sure they will work fine for others.

Love these hooks, they are perfect for my purse or small pockets. These are hard hooks. If your car seat is thicker, it may not fit perfectly. Works well for my car and not so well for my mom's car but still works for both. Update: I've had a baby since I did my review and bought these hooks two years ago. Now I use hooks in the back seat and put my phone or tablet in the hooks so my kid can watch videos of car rides. and it works GREAT! The hooks are wide enough to hold the tablet without a…
