Makes the phone almost two times bigger. Which makes it hard to hold. It’s sliperish and water still gets in the case. My husband got it for him and it had water right away the front is plastic. It doesn’t protect rhe phone

This case is the real deal if your looking for full protection of your phone. It is a little heavy but worth the piece of mind.

This item comes with NO instructions as to its assembly. I’ve used a flathead screwdriver to pry to open, I’ve used a Phillips head to turn the screws, and I’ve checked YouTube for "how-to” videos and found nothing. I emailed the company and received NOTHING! I had to give this one star, but it’s one star too many. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

They don’t provide a tool to unscrew the screws. The screws are hard to get out, and now they aren’t staying screwed in. The case is very heavy.

Not the same brand as I bought several years ago but the same style. If you want to protect your phone and yes it’s a little bulky, my old phone (iphone 6s plus ) is like new condition! The phone case is solid. Provides good protection almost all the way around. I dropped my phone and the glass on the phone case cracked. I then sliced my finger (not bad) unlocking my phone. The glass is not tempered. I have since removed the factory glass and buy tempered screen protectors.

I have to press a little harder on the touchscreen. They didn’t design a cut out for the silent button on the left side of the phone.

Overall the product is great and durable from the touch, but this is a device used daily so I rate this a two star because the screen is a nightmare. Bubbles, dust, visual distortion, touch distortion. Dealing with the screen multiple times a day is no good. So I took it out! And got a separate one

I had this style case on my iPhone 7Plus for nearly 5 years. I am notoriously hard on phones and the case for the 7Plus stood up to some serious punishment. Tooo heavy, the metal is not strong.I dropped it once and it bent, it’s hard to press buttons on the touchscreen and no protection on the camera lens and the ear speaker. Silent button always activates and dis activate easy to press. Over all very dissatisfied for that price, I regret buying sorry.

I have owned cases like this before, however, this is the first time a case has broken after a days worth of use. The screws were stripped immediately at installation. The rubber plug at the charging port was ripped as well as the rubber part next to the ringer button on my iPhone. Other than those major issues, the case was sturdy and felt like it could take a few hits, no complaints there just the quality of the rubber and the screws.

Awesome case and well built. Has a good hefty feeling to it. Has a rubber back and around the bumper which feels good and adds some extra grip. Dropped multiple times from chest and waistline height and left my phone without a scratch. Would definitely recommend.

It’s an alright case but when I opened it the tools to open the case were locked inside of the case. Luckily I had a previous version from Lanhiem which I would recommend over this case. You can punch out the glass and switch it with a screen protector of your choice.

It’s a great case I loved the case but it makes you loose signal when your phone is in the case which sucks. Thanks for attention!

Facial recognition worked very well. The touchscreen was very sensitive. The ringer silent switch was a little difficult to operate but the big issue was although Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signal came through the case blocked any cellular signal so unless I was at home with Wi-Fi signal present I could not open Safari nor could I make or receive calls.

The seller has up till this point ignored my questions and is playing dumb. I asked them if they knew their product damages the very expensive phone it’s meant to protect? They responded by telling me a screw driver was included with the kit. I can only assume they meant (screw you) by this response.

Great case for the phone itself but does not protect the camera lenses. This is what the case looked like when it was 1st opened from the delivery package. Very disappointing:(! There is no indentation to protect them.
