Screen looked great but didn't follow "touch" commands. Can take calls but cannot make calls due to the 'contactless' state. Sent it back and requested a refund.

Fixed about a dozen iPhone screens (big family, all children have iPhones, so a useful set of skills.) The first time after I assembled everything perfectly, and the screen died. No light, no Apple logo. Nothing. Just a dead screen out of the box.

Easy to install. Disassembling an iPhone is never easy. However, knowing how to do it and following the instructions, no matter how vague, makes the task that much easier.
