Everything came, but the home button does not work.
Easy to install. Disassembling an iPhone is never easy. However, knowing how to do it and following the instructions, no matter how vague, makes the task that much easier. The home button stopped working, but that's Apple's fault as they built in security features to keep Touch ID from being "hacked". Everything else was perfect. Exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. It came with all the necessary tools and my phone screen was fully functional afterwards. Caution: This repair is not for beginners. Cables break very easily.
