The best pillow yet. Helps a lot with neck pain. I was skeptical at first, but after the first use it helped me a lot. Now I plan to buy more of this product. This iplicator helps with pain and discomfort in the neck and shoulder area. It works. And I've tried a lot. Its worth it. Try it and you will be happy.

Like: Helps relax neck and lower back. The increased blood flow makes me feel more flexible. It is comfortable to lie down or sit on a couch with a headrest. Came quickly (within 1.5 days) when I really needed it (neck corrected). Dislikes: I have another kit from a different brand and the spikes on this product seem sharper but overall good. I prefer a complete neck pillow and back mat set, not just a neck pillow.
