Worked well with Linux in a virtual machine environment

I had no problems installing and configuring this card on a XenServer based system. It worked flawlessly using ipolex 10GbE Converged Network Adapter (NIC), Mellanox ConnectX-2 chipset, PCI-E X8, one SFP+ port to connect to Qnap 2x10GbE (SFP+) high-performance 8-drive NAS, hardware TS encryption 831X-8G-US.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Expensive

Excellent network card

Have used this card to stream UDP packets at 10Gbps over the network and this card handled it without any problems, last but not least well documented help, everything documented and understandable in the configuration menu . System used (Core i9, Windows Server 2012R2, direct connected SFP+ cable).

Pros
  • Useful for more than it's intended purpose
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled

Fantastic customer service

I bought 2, one of them died within 7 months. However. After posting my first review (it was just a suggestion above) I was contacted by ipolex customer service. They offered me a choice of refund or replacement, apologized for the inconvenience and also asked if I would like to send the defective unit back to them for analysis. Really impressed with everything! Before they contacted me, I just assumed I would have to absorb the expense and move my business elsewhere.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons

Great Intel network card. does what it says

Does what it promises. All I had to do was point Windows 10 to the drivers folder on the CD that came with it, and everything worked right away with no hiccups. After enabling Jumbo Frame on my switch and increasing the frame size to two PCs, I ran an iperf3 test which showed a transfer rate of 9.83 Gbps. I ran the test for three minutes and it stayed stable. Now my transfer speed is as fast as my drive can read and write. Great NICK. I use Unifi 10gig Switch and UDM Pro. I also use an RJ45…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

Great card for the price

The cards are easy to install and work perfectly. Just make sure you use CAT 7 cables between the card and the switch. I used a Netgear Smart Managed Pro Switch (XS728T) 28-port 10 Gigabit Ethernet switch.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Upgradable

Inexpensive 10GB network adapter

The first system I installed it on didn't post it. Tried another one and it worked fine, although I did notice a PXE boot screen. It was a built in conflict with one of the first systems I tested. Disabled it in BIOS and it works fine.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Clarity

very good 10GBE card

is an Intel 82599 based card with additional Chinese quality built into the board. Xi Jinping would be proud and we should rock them on our basement servers too.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Compatibility
