It was bo$$. I don't see what's wrong with that. You can pay around $50 for 4 of these. slightly less cost per gallon of air. But for just one, for $17, not bad. no"lid break". it may have more to do with the shipper than the product.

They all jumped; Lids and boxes within a month. I'm so frustrated that I've invested quite a bit of money and bought some of these only to find out they're cheap junk. As another reviewer noted, the handles also fall off every time you open them. These end up in landfill. Not at all pleasant in a company that doesn't even respond to negative reviews or correspondence.

I bought two of these because I could have them shipped and didn't have to buy them in bulk. upset. They aren't very strong, have an odd smell, and the handles come off too easily. And the lids don't fit. I noticed some cracked plastic on one of the buttons but I'm too lazy to try to get it back. The difference between day and night when comparing the Iris brand to the Sterilite containers I already own. Next time I'll stick with Sterilite, sorry.

Do not buy! I only bought it because I wanted a container and it was the only one I could find at Revain that wasn't in bulk. All three boxes arrived with lids cracked at the corners. It's not really a big deal as we were able to successfully patch the cracks. The problem was in the packaging. Instead of stacking the boxes and taking advantage of the resulting greater strength, they were individually wrapped in unfilled plastic bags and placed in a lightweight single wall box.
