Great experience with risks, great tool for incident reporting and root cause analysis

The best thing about this software was its implementation in our hospital system as an add-on module; it's very easy to use so any level of user can be trained easily by providing them proper training material available at support portal only. Sometimes we need some technical assistance like how would you implement certain modules but they provide good customer service from their team members who will guide us through every step if needed which makes life easier than other softwares out there!

One stop solution - Risk & Compliance Management

The best part of using iRisk as an integrated software which covers all our requirements in a single interface. User Friendly Interface, easy to navigate, highly customizable as per our needs and requirement.The interface has very less functionality compared to other similar tools. If you have proper documentation then it is not so difficult to implement this tool. Highly recommended for pharmaceutical manufacturers. This helps us solve risk management issues like RAC, GLP compliance, GCP…

  • Risk assessment & analysis along with good customer support from both internal/external resources when required are great benefits while working at Aesop Pharmaceuticals Pvt Limited (APPL)
Cons
  • Data transfer mechanism between modules should be improved since there’s no facility provided by ERM team or any user can easily do that through SQL query editor

BPM Applications- Compliance and Quality Management

The software has been very helpful in our organization's efforts of managing quality issues by ensuring compliance with GCP standards as well as implementing QMS procedures. We have not found any major dislikes at this time but would be open minded if there were some minor improvements we could make without affecting functionality. Our implementation team was able to use previous experience from other organizations using similar products which helped us achieve success quickly while maintaining

  • Friday 9am EST until 5pm EDT (EST)..I find it an excellent product compared
