The Iron Flask coffee mug really disappointed me because of the screw cap and the valve over the mouthpiece. There's no indication of where to screw the lid on, so the mouthpiece sits over the logo on the mug and it's difficult to put the lid back on to screw it in place. waste my money

The size, shape, color and screw cap are great. But no matter how you turn the lid, the drinking spout always ends up where the handle is. Therefore, you should hold the mug without a handle by the sides and feel the handle move up under your chin to take a sip. It's annoying

Product holds coffee and keeps it warm. However, within 3-4 weeks, the color began to randomly peel off in several places. Never been in the dishwasher or mishandled in any way. Contacted support and they said they don't cover abuse. ? Poor quality exterior coating if this is normal.

Fully sealed. I've been lugging it around the airport for hours, in my hands and in my pocket, and not a drop has spilled. It keeps everything hot for about 2 hours and then starts to cool down leaving you hot and semi-hot for about 4 hours which is great for my needs. I really wanted to love this mug, but no. The screw cap just won't come off, the rim on the rim of the mug is thick, making it difficult to drink. The handle is very narrow and the leak-proof lid makes it difficult to tip the mug for the last sip. Overall disappointing but I like the color and the coffee stays warm.
