A life saved. Literally.

I use the harnesses for climbing towers, so for work. They also come with a 6 foot harness. Good clips on belts and straps. Both hands are available for hanging antennas and transmission lines. The only thing I won't do with the straps is get them wet. I'm not saying they aren't waterproof, I just won't risk my life or my boys.

The belt is NOT included in the belt set

Although the item picture says 'strap included', the one I received (and a few others who have reviewed it) did not come with a lanyard. I'm sending it back. I also ordered a ladder with carrying strap and if there is no lanyard I will send everything back. This product requires a harness which must be provided by this seller as described.

It is well suited for personal use at home, but should NOT be used in construction (OSHA)

I bought this for my friend who is going to be painting her house this summer. I think this harness is useful for light work like stair climbing or tree climbing. However, you need to know how to use this harness with a rope leash, rope grab, etc. OSHA does not approve the use of a climbing harness during construction work; However, I would like to have something that will protect me while doing housework. I am also installing a roof anchor ring for use with this hanger.
