Francis was a big help who went and some, our original purchase had some faults, I contacted customer support and Francis was on it! A new replacement unit was here in a week.A big shout out for reliable customer service, something we are just not seeing as much as we once did!I have other Ispring products in my home servicing our deep well, I can only pray they work as well as their company employees

I installed this on my mom's well, along with iSpring WSP-50 and it made her water quality far better than ever. First, she tried hiring someone else to install it and they damaged some threads on head machine, but customer support from manufacturer resolved that for us. I recommend brass fittings and 1 inch pex. Thanks, Nick.
