I like that it is very easy to use as well has an excellent customer service team behind it who are always ready with answers when we need them most. It's not too expensive for small businesses considering all of its features you get included at no cost or extra charge. The capability to view all of our processes within one platform is great for visibility across various departments such as finance or HR. It's easy to use with little training required by anyone who joins our team. We have not found any downsides at this time but we are still using it during beta testing phases before launch (which will be sometime next year).
Currently being used internally only; however looking forward to rolling out more broadly after final release later this fall…

Processes can span over many different software tools, making them easier than ever now! Also helps keep track when you need something done several times..it just makes sense :)
The best thing about it is that we are able to monitor our applications from anywhere using mobile devices or laptops as well which makes us more productive than before with less effort since all of these activities have been automated by this tool. It's hard for me to find anything I dislike at first sight but if you're looking into software like ours then there might be some problems related to compatibility issues between different versions (we use version 8).
