UPDATED REVIEW: CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS EXCELLENT. First time great. Then he died 2 months later.

UPDATED: Support replaced plates immediately. New ones arrived and work great. Also, their representative contacted again to make sure everything was working well. As I mentioned before, this is a great product and I'm glad their support team is looking after us. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I connected each panel to an Arlo Pro 2. Doesn't work, expensive, looks unprofessional

Installed two and none worked. They can slow down battery drain a bit, but they don't keep my camera's battery charged like Ring's solar panels do. Within a few days, the batteries were 40% discharged. Thanks to ring solar panels, my batteries are always charged and I don't have to worry. They have excellent sun coverage. In terms of build quality, they're okay. Again, they're a far cry from the quality of Ring solar panels, which look like professionally-made molded products. These are…

Fits Arlo Pro 2

I was really hoping this panel would work for me but it didn't. My advice is to leave it in the sun for a full day before hooking it up to the cameras, which is what I did. I connected it to a charged camera and looked at the app. I waited and waited but there was no loading icon. I swapped cameras and panels, but nothing. I tried charging a small LED I had but it didn't seem to output anything. It's a solid panel, but it just didn't match my cameras. Damn. UPDATE: I have to rate it higher now…
