Overall positive Experience Working With The Team

Izzdone has been very thorough throughout our implementation process from beginning to end! They are always looking out for us, even when we have not asked them specifically about something that is going wrong with one of their products or services (such as an outage). Nothing really stands out at this time. However they do listen well and work closely together so if there was anything specific it would be great to know what you were asking for exactly but overall my experience thus far working

  • Very attentive.
  • Attentiveness towards issues in realtime
  • Always responsive via email / phone calls etc.(even after hours)
  • Good communicators who can explain things easily through emails & regular meetings alike
