This steamer is a waste of money. It takes forever to heat up and doesn't produce enough steam to smooth out even the lightest wrinkles. The only pro is that it's lightweight and easy to move around. However, that hardly makes up for the frustration of waiting and waiting for it to do its job. Save your money and invest in a different brand that actually works.

I HATE ironing and have bought and returned 4 other steamers claiming to be professional steamers including the J-2000. I decided to bite the bullet and buy the J-4000, knowing that it takes 15-20 minutes to get full vapor and that it's heavier than most vapes (but it's on wheels to move it slightly). Many reviews mentioned that 2000 was too weak to iron on, as a result I chose the 4000 model. I'm thrilled with the results, my first reaction was "Every woman deserves one of these!"
