Just don't use the USB adapter

The 3.5mm jack seems fine for listening to audio, but the USB jack is not recognized on any of my computers. No troubleshooting guides help. This is a complete waste of money. Run away from them as fast as you can.

Pros
  • All-day comfort and leather ear pads in a comfortable design for all-day use.
Cons
  • Available in black only.

$100 + 120 days = waste of money

headset completely fell apart after 120 days of use. I have not dropped it or used it in any way. It sounded good and was comfortable, but the construction is too flimsy for everyday use. Can someone recommend another headset? Now I buy everything but Jabra.

Pros
  • Flexible connectivity, USB or plug connection.
Cons
  • sparse instructions

Missing components, not what I ordered.

1. There should be a volume control on the USB cable.2. When I recorded a session in Zoom, the audio was very uneven, as if the volume control was on, but I don't use Gates.3. When conducting Zoom meetings, I find the bright orange USB cable annoying. I hoped for the best.

Pros
  • Works with all leading Unified Communications platforms and is certified for Skype for Business, Cisco and more.
Cons
  • Doubts
