Overall look and functionality is great but my box arrived damaged. The box it came in as well as the shipping box the box came in were in good condition so it was definitely delivered to me that way. As can be seen in the photos, the corners are broken off and part of the black molding is torn off or torn off. Disappointed but too much hassle to return and wait for a new one. **Update** The lid now pops off every time I open it. So disappointing!

I got this to see all my jewelry and keep it separate so it doesn't get scratched. The problem with the concrete, which I didn't think of until I had it, is that there is no "stopper" at the top. By this I mean my other jewelry boxes have ties on each side that prevent the lid from opening fully. This one doesn't and the lid actually fell off 2 days after I received it because I was holding it on my lap when I opened it and it completely cracked and ripped off. This is great for my earrings and small jewelry. The only thing I would change is how close the lid is to the dividers. I learned the hard way that there is enough space between them that if they were small enough (which happens with earrings), flipping them over would all mix up the contents. I had to go through all of this and make sure they were in the correct delimiters. You have to be careful with this as opening it too hard, roughly or carelessly can wear it out and eventually tear the…
