My 5 year old granddaughter loved this craft kit! It was a Christmas present. She packed everything up on Christmas morning and wore a tiara and cape for Christmas. She's still waving her wand. She could decorate anything with very little help. Very suitable for a 5 year old child.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas during the Revains sale for about $12. Definitely my favorite creative box at the moment. My daughter will be 4 in a few months. She was mostly able to do it herself and unlike many others I've bought it caught her attention and she was able to keep playing with it! Definitely cute.

Upon opening the box, my daughter and I were pleased to see that everything was neatly packaged. It wasn't until I opened everything that I realized how poor the quality was. The wand was broken in half, the crown was thin and the cloak was missing a point. I had to work hard to get it in, then it wouldn't stay in and I got addicted to trying it. Very disappointing, waste of money.

This is a good set for my daughter who loves arts and crafts and also loves anything princess related! However, many of the stickers peeled off properly, making it difficult for us to keep them on the cloak, wand, and tiara. I'm not sure if it was because the decals were just poorly made or the decals were old, but I was disappointed that they didn't peel off or stick to the various items we had made.

Given as a birthday gift to a 5 year old. She totally loved it! The needlework is very easy to follow and all the materials are separate for everyone. Each comes with simple, illustrated instructions. The crafts were easy enough and fun (about 10 minutes each) and my daughter was able to do them on her own with minimal supervision and assistance, which made her feel good! After that she loved to play with objects! Can't wait to try others!

I was very disappointed. Jewels keep falling off the crown and wand. The jewelry and ribbons received differed from the information in the instructions. There were no instructions in the cloak on how to pull the satin ribbon through the soft canal. Good thing I knew I had to use a safety pin and sew or the tie would keep falling out. I bought it for my six year old granddaughter. She was happy about it, but she couldn't put the pieces together herself, and she was frustrated when the "diamonds"

Inside each bag is a pile of materials that can be used to craft a cloak, tiara and wand. All of these materials have beautifully carved shapes made from very soft foam and felt. They were all peeled and glued so it was very easy for a child to stick everything on without making a mess. The best part was that she could use her imagination and decorate the cloak however she liked. I also assembled the wand and tiara very easily, almost without outside help.
