They are well tailored, 95% cotton and quite stretchy, and my grandson wears them comfortably day and night thanks to their breathable and lightweight fabric. In each package there are probably at least 3 different sizes. If you want to specify a size from "4 to 6", you should at least pick one size (width and length) and stick to it for kids in that age range. However, some pairs will fit our son, some will be tall and some will be tight. Not what we expected.
