The packaging was well assembled. The box it came in has a magnetic closure to keep the box from opening and the inside is a great way to protect your jade roller that it is in. cozy compartment it also has a padded memory foam that comes on it. I've only used it for 2 days so far and I have to say that it was easy to use and feels good in the hand. Can't comment on performance as it's only been 2 days, just trying to be patient.

It is a much darker color than the picture and one of the ones I ordered looked like it had been badly dropped and soiled with stains. Both were sealed with tape/stickers so they didn't look open and the inside of the dirty one was still clean. I have one for me and my mom so I just left the one that was dirty on the outside. Haven't scratched or read the card yet, but the video is good and smooth.

I've been using Roller and Gua Sha for a few months now and they work well. I deliberately chose this product because I love Jade and the price/reviews were good. While I cannot speak to the legitimacy of the jade itself, I am very pleased with the product that I received. The roller in the photo is a little greener than turquoise. The roller ensures proper blood circulation on the surface and of course helps to improve the complexion. It's very smooth and like two sides; one for a large area and a smaller one for the area around the eyes and nose. I would recommend it to everyone, especially the seller.
