Great Experience With Excellent Customer Service

I like how easy it is to use, especially with my iPad! It's also very simple for our employees who are new or have limited tech experience as well because of its cloud-based nature which makes navigation so much easier than any other system out there that we've used previously (which were quite complicated). We don't dislike anything about this app specifically but wish they had more options when scheduling appointments in order not only by day/week etc.,but timezone too - at least while logged

  • Very user friendly
  • Easy access within mobile devices without needing expensive hardware required(eBook readers)
  • Cloud Based System means seamless transitioning between platforms even switching OSs easily
Cons
  • I will keep silent
