🎂 Spellbinders JDM-010 Birthday Suit Palette: Sparkling Pastel Set Review

Didn't even try to pack nicely. Two colors were broken and everything else in my Revain box. The quality of the pastel cannot be compared to panpastel. Not sure if this is for paper or leather, the packaging says mixed media face creation and for external use only. It was like using eyeshadow on paper.

I like the colors and the mixability of these beautiful pastels. I used several different items for the house to get the colors where I want them. I've used cotton swabs, cotton balls, eye shadow applicators, brushes and good old fingers! I'm still learning how to use pastels but they do a great job and I'm very happy with them.

Painting portraits. These are very beautiful pastels. They fit well, blend very well and harmonize very well with skin tones. They don't compare to pastel, but still very good. Great for a small amount of skin, plus you don't have to lug around multiple pans to paint your face as they're all in one container. Would buy again.

To be honest I'm not sure if they are really crafts or face paints. It comes in a makeup format, ads DO NOT mix with water at all. It's like powder paint or literally like a makeup palette. It doesn't lay down very well on paper, it's incredibly light and you can hardly see where it's been applied, it's like thin make-up on the skin. .

The pastels in this set are very easy to use and the colors are beautiful! In the photo, the eye shadow is from a different palette and the color of the cheeks is from this one. I had no problem applying the color heavily (on the eyes) or lightly (on the cheeks). I haven't tried lipstick in a jar yet. Instead, I used red ink for the lip stamp. You made my Karin Joan die cut missees even prettier!
