🔍 Enhance Accuracy and Precision with Janome 1/4 inch Sewing Machine Foot Review

The original is worth it! I have previously purchased a 1/4 inch sewing foot as part of a large range that claimed to be compatible with Janome machines but was not. I should have ordered that earlier. So much better than imitation. This moves the fabric better, better positions the fabric for the 1/4 inch seam relative to the needle and takes away my frustration.

I have a new house, 25+ years old (older product name Janome). 4 inches, not to mention the "creepy" 1/4s inches. I thought this might be the answer to my frustration with the seam. Unfortunately, no. No matter what gauge I use, it gives me a different kind of "fat quarter".". It might not seem like a big deal, but it can really affect your final quilt size.

It was great for a few weeks, lasted with light home use. It failed less than two weeks after the return window closed. The black metal splint has come loose and popped out of the area of the foot where it was attached, now it sits over the bottom of the foot and defeats the entire purpose. I'm not sure if this is a genuine Janome part. I bought online due to the local store closing. BAD QUALITY, no handling, a bit of a shame!
