Good price for a simple umbrella. I bring this to anchor events to shadow myself and it works like a dream! It also won't disintegrate with sweat or light rain like your standard paper version. In the upper position it is perfectly fixed and everything stays nice and tight.

I bought this for decoration. However, compared to my rice paper umbrella, this umbrella is more suitable for outdoor use to protect from the sun. I also have a pink one that I bought at the festival. It cannot be used as an umbrella! It will get moldy and fall apart. (Like my pink) If all you need is sun protection, this is the perfect garment to wear outside without an umbrella.

The only plus I would say about this umbrella is that the pink color is very nice. I ordered 4 and had to return one as it didn't stay open. The small piece of wood holding the umbrella was bent so the umbrella kept closing. I ordered them for a dance performance and I'm praying that in a few months they will have enough of them during rehearsals before the actual performance. In general, they were made cheaply, hence the affordable price.

Beauty. The fabric is thinner than I expected. It's not fit for the purpose I bought it for (protection from the scorching summer sun of California's Central Valley), but will do for locations with less extreme climates. It's durable and beautiful. I wish it had a hanging strap and some sort of strap to keep it closed when not in use. I use a small hair tie to hold it closed and a strip of organza ribbon for hanging. This is a pretty good umbrella. Female gender. I like it.

I believe this product is not advertised correctly. It looks like an umbrella, but it's just an "umbrella" for decorative purposes. If that's your goal, it's very pretty and well done.
