Exactly as pictured

Beautiful tea service. It looks exactly like the pictures in the description and I am very happy with the quality. The packaging was good enough to give as a gift. The parts are durable enough for everyday use; The handle is removable and the glazing is even. Incidentally, this tea service was not made in Japan, but in China. All in all, this is a lovely tea set that seems to hold up to regular use. I would order it again at any time and recommend it.

Fine Craftsmanship

This Japanese tea service is worth its price. It is so beautifully made and looks so simple yet elegant. It has a stainless steel strainer that is inserted into the teapot, which is a more modern twist as old-school Asian teapots don't use strainers, instead simply letting the tea leaves hang at the bottom. Ceramic is durable and easy to clean. The tray and little spoon are just a bonus. This set can be gifted to people of all ages, but especially to older tea lovers. I now have a decent tea…

This is the perfect set to entertain your guests. Provide a set of four small cups and a durable pot.

This tea service with a handle is very beautiful and cute. This set is quite durable and the cups are small and handleless. Next week I'll be entertaining a long lost cousin. She will appreciate this gesture as we were raised the same way in our nuclear families. I also ordered a thin clear glass teapot with a votive portion at the bottom to heat (or keep warm) the tea.
