So the belt looks good and the quality is decent. The trigger is awful though, I got stuck in it and kept pulling it tighter as I tried to disengage it. I thought it was user error, tried again with the same result. This is what nightmares are made of. Luckily I didn't have to go to the bathroom, otherwise it would have been a disaster. I may have gotten a defective one, but it's unlikely with this belt.

First time buying this belt I love how it fits my waist. Deducting a star, the belt feels solid: Can be a bit uncomfortable due to its stiffness. It's great to stand/walk, but when you sit you definitely feel it.

I love this belt. This makes it easy to make small adjustments by pulling the latch with one finger. My only issue is that the spring that engages the latch with the strap is either broken or misaligned. I can't tell for sure as I can't see inside the components. I recently bought a second one as a replacement hoping this one will last longer. I would give 5 stars if my first one didn't break.

They sell two sizes - up to 40 and up to 46 inches. I use a 42 inch belt so I ordered more than 46. The belt that was delivered was too big. There was over a foot, maybe a foot and a half, of extra straps. They say don't try to shorten the belt, and with good reason; I almost tore the belt, trying to remove everything superfluous. So unless you're selling inch-perfect straps, someone will be a fool to buy your product.

I already have two of these belts. The second was replaced free of charge as the buckle on the first fell apart after about a month. The second lasted a little longer than the first, but had the exact same flaw: the pin holding the buckle mechanism together is just a small nail with a crosshatched texture on it, which should hold it in place, but over time it should loosen it and it falls out. A 1 cent drop of Loctite might have helped it stay in place. Or maybe if it was a threaded screw…

Very strong and stiff belt with a strong and secure buckle. It is ideal for carrying a holster or other heavy accessories that can be attached to a belt. Very functional. Maybe not super stylish. As always, my wife's first words upon seeing this were something about not being able to choose my own clothes. I like that ratchet straps have no limit on the distance between strap holes. I also love that if I need to adjust in public I can just grab the strap with one hand on each side of the buckle

I bought this belt because the description said it "fits pants under 40". I have a 30" waist so figured I could trim it down like other ratchet straps from other manufacturers. When I received the belt I was trying to figure out how it was designed to resize and couldn't. I looked for reviews and found that I contacted the manufacturer Jasgood who replied that it couldn't be cut and offered me a full refund. I liked the strap until it failed. Bought 2 of these belts. I've only been using them for a few months and not even 2-3 times a week. Six months later both belts failed. The ratchet pin comes out and the belt buckle falls apart. Then it becomes unusable. Not this belt!
