I bought this belt because the description said it "fits pants under 40". I have a 30" waist so figured I could trim it down like other ratchet straps from other manufacturers. When I received the belt I was trying to figure out how it was designed to resize and couldn't. I looked for reviews and found that I contacted the manufacturer Jasgood who replied that it couldn't be cut and offered me a full refund. Buy this belt The belt seems to be well made, but what's the point if you can't wear it.
