This is a replacement product that I have been using daily for over 5 years. I live alone, am bedridden and I love the sound from this little Bluetooth speaker. I initially had many problems with this speaker, but it turned out that the problem was with my computer and not the speaker itself. If your device isn't holding a charge at all, I recommend looking for Jawbone Updater. That fixed the problem and saved me the exchange process. Despite being tiny, this speaker fills a decent amount of space. Ideal if you want to hear music from across the room but don't want to upset your neighbors. I've had several mini jambox speakers over the years. In my opinion, they're still the best little Bluetooth speakers out there. They're clearly produced by people who understand audio, and they have the advantage of being able to control playback from the player software using the controls on the speaker.
