Fish & Aquatic Pets Build Review

Haven't put an aquarium on this stand before so this is just a build review as it causes problems for others. Got this stand for free with NC28 (not from Revain). I assembled it in about 30 minutes - the instructions were clear and all the necessary parts were included (more than enough, actually!). A small modification was required - the pre-drilled holes for the legs were too big for the included screws so I had to cut them about 1/4" myself and I have a few scratches but nothing major. I'll…

Best if. Take care of it like you would take care of an aquarium.

Unless you build your own, you won't find a nicer piece of furniture for 28g. bow in front. Next thing I'm going to get is that I have to be extra careful not to let the water get into the corners as you can see. it might ruin the look. The cover is fairly easy to clean. Before installing it I put 4 casters on each corner in case I wanted to move the whole thing which turned out to be the best I could do for that part but as I said. you have to protect it from moisture so it doesn't warp then…

Materials are ok but construction sucks

First of all this item came with some scratched parts, I probably should have sent it back but didn't want the hassle. Also, many of the little carriages were in a box rather than a bag. The build itself didn't go so bad at first. The instructions are very poor and they say some parts must have dowels pre-installed. Well, no, although the dowels are in the box. You should get some wood glue and work it into yourself. The real problem arose when assembling the top. They only drilled half the…
