JBL FLIP 5 Waterproof Portable Bluetooth Speaker - Green (Renewed) Review

Sounds really good for such a small speaker. The only thing seems to be that the battery dies for a couple of hours, but you can still plug it in and listen, so it's not a big deal, but I recommend always charging it after use.

Several friends own previous JBL Flips and I was amazed at the sound they made when connecting the phone via bluetooth. Sea water or rain splashed on them on their boats and that would not be a problem. Why spend a fortune on a boat stereo when two of them are just as good. This is my humble opinion.

Came like new. It's worth the money, I wouldn't be happy for full price. But very satisfied at the current price, sounds good, lots of volume for outdoor use. If you need a speaker for a party, depending on the type of party, it probably won't be enough. The only complaint I have is the power button, it doesn't seem to be perfectly aligned, it's hard to press. What could be the point of failure. I will update if it doesn't work.

But I do NOT see the first scratch on this device. perhaps this means that the "updated" item is the mark on the outer box that has been pulled on the tape. Always wanted "JBL" or "BOSE". I have a JBL Charge 4 and bought a JBL Flip 5 thinking their 2 newest speakers were compatible and connected but they are NOT! These are speakers that cost half the price of the Flip 5, sound just as good, and can be paired together.
