I used to have JBL headphones and loved them. I have another headphone but it is not waterproof (durable?). I bought these JBLs specifically so I could hose down the nearby Lazy River and still be able to listen to music without damaging my kidneys. They played well, with good sound and fit, and they didn't seem to mind the water. I would recommend this product.

I ordered two of these and was disappointed in both. First I checked and the right earbud didn't work at all. I returned it. The second seemed good to me at first, so I threw the box away, but after a few voice calls and listening to music, I found that the sound quality is consistently terrible. They sound and crackle worse than the cheapest headphones I had back in 2010. I usually buy this product new and I love it. From now on I will only buy new ones.

Rarely do I find an online purchase that fits the marketing rhetoric. There will be readers, this one hitting it out of the park and out of it.
