These clamps hold the glass platen on my printer very securely. They only protrude approx. 5 mm from the top and do not reach the insulation from below. You'll also get enough for 4 printers, for example, so I just put 2 on each side.

I bought these to hold the glass build plate on my Ender 3 3D printer. They work great. They have a large profile so they don't interfere with printhead movement. Also, don't use that much horizontal space on the print bed.

They are perfect for holding the glass build plate on a 3D printer. Strong grip and compact, but sharp edges may scratch the glass when installing and removing. A quick pass with a whetstone or sandpaper will do the trick. Now I have 46 spare parts.
