Extreme Super Brightness. None of the LEDs I've bought before compare. I have them as backup lights in the Tahoe and I can't see anything behind me.

they are decent to say the least, I had to shave the bases off a bit as there were two protrusions preventing the base from landing fully in the socket, once this was done the light focus became accurate and very bright.

A huge improvement over the "standard" dull yellow reversing lights. I'm either very lucky or the polarity doesn't matter with these LEDs as both worked on the first test. I replaced some of the interior lights with LEDs and if I had to turn them off and swap them out or not it would be hit or miss. FYI I have a 2019 Tundra and it doesn't cause lamp errors and they didn't need it. additional resistors, etc. to "fool" the computer, which may be necessary for blinkers.

JDM ASTAR can't go wrong. I have used their bulbs in many of my cars since 2016 and none have had a single issue. Always bright and solid performance. If you want to save a few bucks and buy other brands, it's up to you. I tried to save $5 and bought one of these long bulbs with tons of LED chips on them and found that they are not even half as bright compared to ASTAR bulbs, the output light is very focused and really shines in the back of the car. I definitely recommend them.

These are LED bulbs worth upgrading to. The diodes aren't actually in the same place as the filament in the halogen 7440s, but they're closer than any other options I've seen. I installed them in my GX470 reverse lights and the pattern came out very well with much more useful light than both the standard bulbs and the "super bright" JDMAstar bulbs I've installed in the past.
