It's fairly light and as mentioned the legs are plastic not wood. Compared to other products I've bought from Revain, this is a good $25 product, maybe overpriced at $75.

My dogs are getting old and need help getting onto the couch. I wanted a nice step and thought a footrest might be just what they need. This stool is stylish and well made. This has worked well for my dogs. Nice looking addition.

This is a really nice ottoman, the color is like the picture except the legs are plastic! And not even heavy, nice looking, maybe made of plastic with a wood look. No, just the cheapest plain brown hollow plastic legs to put furniture on. It's a real shame because if it weren't for the cheap legs it would look very expensive and fancy. Perfect for my use when I climb onto my bed high enough to hurt my lower back and hips (like I ride instead of crawling every night). into bed.. that's how you know your bed is too high for you.. at night it won't kill my foot if it's not centered properly (and it's wide enough that that's not a problem yet) which I've noticed is that it creaks a bit from time to time when the legs come loose.
