    They used to like - the new version is disappointing.

    I had 3 of these and loved the first 2. With the current model (JGL W12), the mirror is cheaper and does not focus clearly. It looks like a fun home mirror when you look at the enlarged side. My husband was able to remove the mirror block from the old one and replace it with the new mirror block. That's great. The brightness of the light is wonderful, but the mirror is terrible. If you don't have the old one and can't replace the mirror block, don't buy it. It cannot be used in this form.

    Very difficult to see under magnification. Worst mirror I've ever had. I can only use one side and it's not very strong. Keeps crumbling

    Poor quality mirror

    The quality of this mirror is very cheap! If I had seen this in a store I would NOT have bought it. I am replacing a 40 year old vanity mirror and the difference in quality is huge. I am extremely disappointed!

    Not as good as expected

    I really like bright light, but. . . The first one I ordered had doors that didn't close completely. I ordered a second one and the light change button broke on the first press.

    Be careful with the adjustment lever

    This is the second Jerdon lighted mirror I have bought. I wanted one with LED light because the other mirrors were getting dimmer and the bulb was partially burned out. However, with the LED model, the adjustment lever is broken and cannot adjust the lighting settings. This was a month after purchase. A return to Revain within 2 days is not possible. money wasted.

    I bought this for my wife who already has one but it's a fluorescent model which fails after a few years (she's had three in those years). So, LED bulbs are used here, which last much longer. This is a long-awaited and welcome update!

    DOA and low quality

    I am very disappointed with this mirror. Very cheap plastic, the slide arm broke trying different color options and the worst part was dead on arrival. He didn't turn on! Get it back as soon as possible!

    Poor quality of the mirrors

    My previous makeup mirror (which died) was Jerdon so I figured I couldn't go wrong with this one. I read some reviews that said the side of the 5x mirror was distorted like a mirror in a funny house and I figured they must be wrong or the problem would have been fixed as it was mentioned multiple times in the reviews . Not correct! The 5x mirror really looks like a fun home mirror and is very distorted; It was funny. Seriously, I laughed out loud when I saw that. I need this side of the mirror…
