I thought I wanted cotton, but the 50/50 blend and light weight actually work a lot better than my heavy cotton shirts that just get heavy with sweat versus those shirts that are light enough to dry while hiking . I am 5'8" tall female and weigh 155 lbs. I have a small in black and white. Fits me well. But the shirts are thin. Not fat. And the whites shine through a bit, which is to be expected.

I ordered a medium size and the shirt was good. It was comfortable but a bit spacious but not that big. I think I can scale it down if I try and it won't be as roomy as it's 50% cotton.
